Gmail receives and stores inquiry emails, Vercel hosts the site infrastructure, and Cloudinary delivers website media assets.
Retention
Inquiry emails and related contact details are kept for up to 12 months unless the inquiry becomes part of an active booking or customer record, in which case we may keep the data for as long as needed for that relationship and related legal or administrative obligations.
