Legal Basis
We process your personal data because it is necessary to respond to your request and, where relevant, to take steps before entering into a booking arrangement.
How Inquiries Are Handled
When you submit the contact form, your message is sent to the owner by email so we can respond directly to your inquiry. We do not use inquiry submissions for marketing.
Service Providers
We use a small number of third-party providers to run the website and deliver inquiries.

- Vercel
- Cloudinary
- Upstash
Gmail receives and stores inquiry emails, Vercel hosts the site infrastructure, Cloudinary delivers website media assets, and Upstash enforces short-lived contact-form rate limits.
To prevent form abuse, the server temporarily stores a hashed representation of the visitor’s IP address in Upstash for up to 15 minutes. We do not use a browser cookie for this. Google Maps opens only if you choose a location link; it does not load on this site automatically.
Language Preference
The website uses a functional cookie called NEXT_LOCALE to remember your language preference for up to 180 days. It is not used for advertising or tracking. When no preference is saved, we use your browser’s preferred languages where available, or English.
Retention
Inquiry emails and related contact details are kept for up to 12 months unless the inquiry becomes part of an active booking or customer record, in which case we may keep the data for as long as needed for that relationship and related legal or administrative obligations.
